June 22 - July 6th: Individual Evaluations 4 Weekly Session Following Evaluations
Open to everyone 12 years of age and older *Limited Spots Available
Our program is designed to:
Provide your team or athlete with an interactive team workout run by one of our therapists, it is simple yet challenging, allows for team bonding, and remains fit during our current at home limitations.
Prepare athletes to return to a high level of play, while reducing their risk of injury. Give athletes the fundamentals in strength training to help prevent ACL injuries as well as other common lower extremity injuries.
The training sessions will be led by a Physical Therapist, to ensure each client is performing with correct biomechanics and is able to safely perform each exercise.
We will be able to give adjustments if we see compensations as well as progressions if the exercise does not challenge the individual.
