Melissa is a physician assistant who provides medical care to our physical therapy patients. Melissa grew up in Annapolis, Maryland but has called Baltimore City her home for the past 14 years. She earned her Bachelors of Science in biology from the University of Mary Washington. She received her Masters in Medical Science from St. Francis University and her certification as a physician assistant from Anne Arundel Community College. Melissa is also an emergency room PA working at a local hospital for the past 14 years. When not providing medical care to her patients, you can find Melissa with her 3 children or on the field playing soccer or lacrosse.

Nicole is a physician assistant who provides medical care to our physical therapy patients. Nicole grew up in Boca Raton Florida but has called Baltimore City home for the last 6 years. Nicole earned her Masters of Clinical Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Barry University. She then went on to complete an Emergency Medicine PA Residency at Johns Hopkins. Nicole is also an Emergency Department PA working at local hospitals for the past 6 years. When not providing medical care to her patients Nicole enjoys traveling with her soon to be husband.

Earl graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Carroll Community College. You can find Earl at our Baltimore - Martin Luther King Jr Blvd location, where our patients say they appreciate his smile and positive attitude. Along with being a Physical Therapist Assistant, he is also a Financial Planner that is passionate about leadership, finance, friends, family and looking to add value in his community.

Sarah Speckhart graduated Quincey University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. She's an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Weight Management Specialist. Sarah keeps our clinics running like a well-oiled machine and assists patients and physical therapists in more ways than we can count.

Brent Swartz is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in Sport and Recreation Management. He is Innovative's jack of all trades handling everything from patient scheduling to billing and insurance authorizations. Brent has an extensive background in customer service and enjoys interacting with our patients.

As the Chief Experience Officer for Innovative Physical Therapy, Lisa is responsible for physician and community messaging, developing strategic relationships, branding, strategy and implementation of our integrated marketing initiatives. With over 18 years in the health, wellness & fitness industry, Lisa continues to push the envelope on innovation in the digital health space. She is a Harford County native and lives in Forest Hill with her husband, three children and two dogs.
